Due to ongoing product improvements and model year changes the item you receive may look slightly different than pictured. It may be an upgraded version. Occasionally we run out of certain items and may need to offer you a substitution, possible upgrade, or a refund. Please check your email often.

All payments must be in US dollars.
All rates on eBay are calculated for shipping in the contiguous US states. International shipping is usually 2-3 times higher, or more when available. International buyers, we will also need a phone number with your payment.
Payment Clearing & Shipping: We normally ship out within 1 business day if you make an instant payment. If paying by Pay Pal in the USA we can only ship to your confirmed address. If you send a money order or make an e check payment, we can not send your item(s) until the check clears our bank or pay pal. Checks normally take 5-7 business days to clear. We ship M-F only (excluding holidays). USPS priority mail (normally 2-3day service in USA) is available for an additional $4.00 if the item is less than 5 lbs. Call for express mail quotes. WE RECOMMEND YOU PAY FOR PRIORITY MAIL OR EXPRESS MAIL IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS IN A HURRY. Alaska and Hawaii sometimes cost a few dollars more. We recommend priority mail and some packages due to size and weight can only go priority mail. Regular mail to your destination can take up to 6 weeks. Faster shipping is available if you call before payment.
ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – Shipping & Handling fees do NOT INCLUDE ANY DUTIES, TAXES, OR BROKERAGE FEES. We do not know these international fees, as it varies from country to country, item to item, shipping method, etc. & continuously changes. You will be 100% responsible for any additional fees. As a business we CAN NOT ship items as GIFTS, so please do not ask.
Ship-to addresses- Make sure your address is current before you make a payment. No address changes or requests for us to send packages to any other address, its against Pay Pal policy. If you pay by credit card we have to ship to the billing address. Due to fraud we just can't send packages anywhere else unless you pay by money order.
Tracking- Most of the services we use will send tracking info to you. Some services like 1st class and Priority mail do not have tracking but will have delivery confirmation. Ebay provides shipping details under the "view order details" link in the item listing (More info here). Pay Pal lists them under transaction "details." UPS sends notices through Quantum View. USPS only has tracking on express mail. Please keep in mind that tracking an item does not get it there any faster and we always send items out as soon as we can-normally within one business day unless it was a special order. If the package appears to be lost after allowing reasonable delivery time according to the shipping service you chose and paid for we will certainly track it down if we can. International buyers-please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Many spam blockers kick out the tracking notifications. Please review your email folders or one of the sites above for shipping details and be patient as all shipping services may run a day or two late during the holidays. Chasing a tracking or conformation number does not speed up the delivery. Please be patient and allow some time for delivery.
Insurance or signature confirmation must be requested and purchased by the buyer for all items they wish to have insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Combined Shipping and Handling (S&H) costs are usually calculated by weight, dimension, and zip code. If your items do not auto-combine, please contact us for appropriate combined shipping costs on your items.. Some items can not be packaged together due to physical size or weight. Local Pickup Service:
Local pick up service is available. Payment must Made by cash or credit card. Pay Pal rules will not let you pay there and then pick up locally. No checks or money orders. Purchaser must show up in person with their winning notice printed off. Due to the fact that we pay over $6000 a month in ebay fees, not counting paypal fees, there is a $4.00 processing fee on any purchase that is made on ebay and then locally picked up. You can avoid this fee by simply coming into our store and making the purchase or calling and placing an order over the phone.
All exchanges must be made with 15 days of purchase with the original invoice. (except from Black Friday to Christmas when we allow returns up to 15 days after Christmas) A return authorization number must be obtained and clearly labeled on the outside of the box and on the original invoice inside before returning. All merchandise must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from. No exchanges on closeout or special order merchandise. Exchanges being made due to our error: We will refund the standard shipping fee from the original carrier service only upon the return of the merchandise. If you return a package using express mail or a different currier you will not be reimbursed for the extra expense. The shipping services we use to return the merchandise back to you will be at our discretion.
In the event there is a manufacturer defect, mix up or warranty issue beyond our control this may need to be handled by the manufacturer and you will be subject to their return/exchange policies.

All merchandise eligible for return must still be in new condition with all of the original packaging, tags attached, and have their serial number or UPC. All returns are subject to15% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping or pay pal fees.

Ebay does not have a cancel option. All listings cost us sellers money when they list it and then a final value fee when the item listed is purchased. We currently pay over $6000 a month in ebay fees. Non paying bidder disputes will automatically be filed with ebay so we can get our fees back. We are really easy to work with.
